Homes for Sale in Noe Valley
View all active real estate listings in Noe Valley. Locals use words like "quaint" and "peaceful" to describe Noe Valley, a neighborhood in the middle of the northern San Franciscan peninsula. The community is always in demand for renters and homebuyers partly because it is the antithesis of the intense vibe one would find in Downtown SF or the Marina District. Attractive two- or three-story walk-ups dominate along tree-lined avenues. A few well-built Victorian and Edwardian-styled homes also dot the scene.

Living in Noe Valley
Some things that make Noe Valley unique are its plentiful local independent shops, cafes, and small-town feeling, in the middle of a big city. 24th Street is the main drag where the locals shop, sup, and dine. Muni's J Church Line runs along Church Street, where there are more restaurants and local bars, but don't expect a boisterous nightlife.
Nearby Twin Peaks and lush Kite Hill offer spectacular views of downtown San Francisco and the Bay. To the south of Noe Valley, there’s the Upper Noe Recreation Center and Park, which has tennis and basketball courts, a playpark, and facilities for dogs and their owners. There’s also a small, hilly viewpoint on the junction of Castro and Duncan Streets.
Noe Valley strikes a great balance between restful charm and ample local facilities – it's a village set within a city.
