Our Review

While Vista Pacifica condos are arguably the smallest in San Clemente, the floor plans are nicely laid out, and the community itself makes you feel like you’re in the middle of nature. The streams flowing throughout the community, the multiple pool areas, and the abundance of trees throughout create a peaceful environment. The one thing to keep in mind is that, due to the size of the community and the number of units, a lot of people live here. Views are virtually non-existent for most units, though some of the condos in the north most part of the development (closest to Villagio I) enjoy ocean views. A one-car detached garage comes with your condo, but there is plenty of outside parking for guests.
