Villa Grande sits in the center of the Pier Bowl area at 411 Avenida Granada. The homes here have excellent views. Each unit has a deck attached to the living area.

Built in 1966, Villa Grande contains condo units with living areas ranging in size from 1250 to 1484 square feet. Floor plans on offer are 2-3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The community as a whole is gated, as is the parking garage for residents and guests. Parking spaces in the underground garage are assigned and there are elevators with direct access to-and-from.

The grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained by the HOA. The community area with a pool, spa, and barbecues is small. Residents have access to a private walkway that leads down to the beach. And one can lie out on the large grass areas or by the pool if one doesn’t feel like dealing with the crowds at the nearby beach. HOA dues are paid monthly.

The location is about as good as you can find in the city close to the beach and Downtown.
