Many properties feature beautiful tropical landscaping in their front and back yards. The houses are close together, so many lot sizes are on the smaller side (pretty similar to a typical Talega tract).

The Ridgemore tract offers a private setting that is a bit further away from the beach and freeway than other communities in Forster Ranch. But, the proximity to the area elementary and middle schools is a nice bonus.

There is plenty to do for folks who like the outdoors, both in the natural elements surrounding the community within the neighborhood. The community association includes a pool, spa, and clubhouse while being close to various trails.

The community is very well maintained by the homeowner’s association.
