Richmond Pointe is one of the largest tracts in Rancho San Clemente, and due to the number of homes in the development, they tend to be on the smaller side. In fact, the largest homes in the tract will top out right around 2,000 square feet. Some of the properties sit on small interior cul-de-sac streets, and there is not a lot of space between homes.

Homes built along the front row of Richmond Pointe (closest to Calle Pastadero) may enjoy fantastic ocean views, while homes in the rear of the community will back to a hill and have nice privacy. There is little thru-traffic in this community due to its location, and the Association does a great job of maintaining the grounds.
