Rancho Cristanitos Real Estate

Models

  • Coronado: 3 beds, 2.5 baths / 1947 sq. ft.
  • Clemente: 4 beds, 2.5 baths / 2194 sq. ft.
  • Catalina: 5 beds, 3 baths / 2683 sq. ft.
  • Plan 4: 4 beds, 2.5 baths / 1748 sq. ft.

The homes were built in the latter part of the 1990s, so interior upgrades like granite kitchens and crown molding are common.

The homes sit pretty close together, so while the subdivision location affords great privacy with little thru-traffic, one does not find large lots here like in other Rancho San Clemente tracts such as Pacific Shores.

Rancho Cristanitos is close to the two major parks in Rancho San Clemente, Richard Steed Memorial Park, and Rancho San Clemente Park. The area is also close to the private Bella Collina Towne & Golf Club.

Even though Rancho Cristanitos is located deep in the Rancho San Clemente hills, few homes have any type of view. Still, those built toward the northwest part of the community may enjoy amazing canyon and city light views. The development is very close to multiple parks and trails, so buyers who love the outdoors will be very happy in this location.
