Like many of the other tracts in the Coast District, expansive views and a quiet atmosphere are the main highlights of owning a home in Pavillion Heights. Select properties have great ocean views, and the tract's interior location makes privacy a nice luxury for residents. Some sit further down the hill, closer to the Interstate 5 Freeway, so not everyone gets the great views. The central location is nice as you are close to multiple freeway on-ramps and shopping centers along Camino De Los Mares.
