Lot sizes are large, so big front and back yards are common. Depending on the houses's location within the tract, ocean views are possible and prove to be quite panoramic due to the elevation.

San Clemente High School is right down the hill, as is the adjacent shopping plaza, complete with a supermarket and a few small restaurants. Freeway access is easy via Avenida Pico, and the distance to Downtown San Clemente is approximately 1.5 miles.
