Lucia contains some of the most luxurious real estate options in Talega…buyers who want a huge house will have a difficult time finding ones much bigger in San Clemente that fall in this price range (something this size in Southwest San Clemente would be 2-3 times as expensive). Residents pay two separate monthly HOA assessments: one for the Lucia community and the other for the Talega Master HOA.
