The English-style detached condominiums are quite large, ranging from 2,100 to 2,600 square feet. The homes have multi-level floor plans that vary from 2-3 bedrooms, with all containing 2.5 bathrooms and 2-car attached garages. HOA dues are paid monthly.

There are no community pool or clubhouse areas available to residents.

Las Marias is perfect for the buyer who wants to be in a quiet location but is not interested in a larger single-family home. The homes, even though they are condos, feel like single-family residences. The HOA dues are a bit high, considering there are no community amenities.
