Las Marias is located along the 17th Fairway of the Shorecliffs Golf Club on Avenida Mesita and was built in 1979 by the San Clemente Group Development Corp. The English-style detached condominiums are quite large, ranging from 2,100 to 2,600 square feet. The homes have multi-level floor plans that vary from 2-3 bedrooms, with all containing 2.5 bathrooms and 2-car attached garages. HOA dues are paid monthly.

Some units feature covered patios and upper-level sun decks, and the views of the golf course and surrounding hills are fantastic. The community is quiet yet close to a couple of shopping areas off Camino De Los Mares. The complex is gated and nicely maintained. There are no community pool or clubhouse areas available to residents.

Las Marias is perfect for the buyer who wants to be in a quiet location but is not interested in a larger single-family home. The homes, even though they are condos, feel like single-family residences. The HOA dues are a bit high, considering there are no community amenities.
