Eagles Ridge sits in the hills of the Coast District between the Avenida Vista Hermosa and Camino De Los Mares freeway exits. The subdivision contains 1 and 2-story homes from 1,960 to 2,875 square feet. The floor plans offer 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 2-to-3-car garages. Homes in this development were built between 1978 and 1981, with many homes displaying Mediterranean or Cape Cod influences in their architecture. HOA dues are paid monthly.
