Driftwood Bluffs is a 15-unit secure condo complex built in 1978 at 406 Pasadena Court off a small cul-de-sac street accessible via Cazador Lane. The buildings that comprise the complex are all single-story, and the units range in size from 1,720 to 2,120 square feet.  The floor plans offer 2-3 bedrooms and 1.5-2 bathrooms, and residents receive parking spots in a gated underground parking garage. HOA dues are paid monthly.

Community Amenities

The main attraction at Driftwood Bluffs is the proximity to the beach and the panoramic ocean views. There is nothing between the buildings and the sand except for a hillside, and Driftwood Bluffs' residents have private beach access. The complex is gated, as is the underground parking garage. All of the units offer decks off the living areas so that homeowners may sit outside and enjoy fabulous sunsets and fireworks off the San Clemente Pier on the Fourth of July.

What's more, the complex has an ocean view pool and spa. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables for one to enjoy, and the views of the Pacific Ocean from this communal area are fantastic.

The cul-de-sac location of the complex adds extra privacy to an already secluded spot. The private beach access consists of a long set of stairs, but the elevation drop is not too severe, so the staircase is easy to manage (unlike, say, the steep stairwell near Sunset Shores). The short distance to restaurants and coffee shops adds to the community's value.
