About Colony at Forster
Colony at Forster was built around the same time as the nearby Casablanca condo community yet offers a very different style of living. Where Casablanca features attached units, those in The Colony feel like large single-family residences and are detached. Quite a few homes sit on large lots, so homeowners can enjoy large backyards that are not usually offered in condo communities. HOA dues are a bit higher than other Forster Ranch communities, but the amenities within the development and the overall maintenance of the community more than justify the costs. The properties are quite spacious, and select ones have been upgraded with modern features and appointments.
