Carmel sits off Avenida Pico just past where Pico intersects with Avenida Vista Hermosa. It consists of 86 luxury attached condos ranging in size from 2,014 to 2,380 square feet. There are three floor plans to choose from that alternate between one and two stories. Units have 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, and 2-car attached garages. Residents are responsible for the highest community HOAs among Talega condos. In addition, there are Talega Master HOA dues of $174 per month.

Carmel offers some of the largest condo options in San Clemente and arguably some of the nicest. The great thing is that, even though the floor plans are big by condo standards, the majority are single-story, which is difficult to find in Talega as most condos are townhouse-style 2 and 3-level units.

Carmel is tucked well back in Talega off Avenida Pico, so there is great privacy and little traffic. Some homes sit along the Talega Golf Club, and these units have views of the fairways and the distant mountains
