Pricing is very reasonable for the Central area, especially when one factors in the oversized parcels and awesome views. There is little traffic in the area, and the neighborhood is far enough from the freeway and congestion of Avenida Pico to not be bothered with car noise. The proximity to Downtown San Clemente, San Clemente High School, and Verde Park is a nice bonus.
