Fairbanks Ranch gets its name from silent film star Douglas Fairbanks, who purchased the land in the 1920s. The neighborhood feels like a luxury resort due, in part, to its lush, park-like grounds. Residents enjoy access to world-class amenities, and there's a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere throughout the community.
The grounds are complemented by the wonderful Mission-style architecture of the centrally located Fairbanks Ranch Country Club clubhouse, which functions as the heart of the community. This 4,000 square foot facility is where residents gather to socialize. The tasteful decorations, wooden furniture, and tiled floors add an air of elegance and sophistication. There's a dancefloor, kitchen, and large fireplace in the clubhouse, as well as airy patios overlooking the central lake. Residents can wander down to the lakeshore to admire the stunning views and perhaps take a paddleboat out onto the water.
