Bob Ray Offenhauser, A.I.A 1965, The Trianon. Located along Pasadena's storied Millionaire's Row, Offenhauser's Trianon townhouses blend elements of Late Regency, with subtle hints of New Formalism and Neoclassical design. Offenhauser's ability to maximize space through volume, height, and width is evident in the townhouses of The Trianon. Moreover, this style, and his influence on Southern California's built environment through his interpretation of European vernacular design, came to define much of his body of work from the 1960s onward.
